Should you need to notify us of your absence / illness, please follow the procedures below:

1) Please call your Technical Planner and speak directly to them as soon as possible

2) If you are unable to contact the technical planner then contact the head of technical production

3) If you are unable to contact anyone then please leave a message with EICC security to be passed to the Duty Manager (0131 300 3000)

4) Do not leave a voicemail message. If you need to leave a message then do that via a text message
