We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As Human Resource Business Partner for the EICC, you will oversee all human resource operations and initiatives to ensure the business objectives are achieved. This is an on-site, full time position for a fixed period of 12 months.

As the successful candidate, you will need to demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills, and have the ability to work autonomously, multi-tasking on several projects at the same time. There will also be the requirement to create and develop new procedures and policies on HR topics such as remuneration and appraisals.
Previous HR experience of at least 5 years is required for this role.
