• The University of Edinburgh: One of the oldest and most prestigious medical schools in the world and a  leading centre for medical research.

    • The Usher Institute –Edinburgh’s centre working with data to transform society’s health.     • The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh - a teaching hospital affiliated with the University and a major centre for medical research, with a focus on cardiovascular disease, cancer, and regenerative medicine.

  • Queen Margaret University: Offers the widest range of allied health professional degrees in Scotland including nursing, dietetics, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, radiography, audiology, art psychotherapy, music therapy, and speech and language therapy.   • The Edinburgh Cancer Research Centre: A collaboration between the University of Edinburgh and the MRC that focuses on cancer research.
