EICC Gateway provides services for clients, prospective clients, and delegates to support throughout the planning and delivery of events and with your time in the city. Our goal is to enhance the event journey while highlighting valuable opportunities available in Edinburgh.
Our team will use their network of hotel contacts, both in Edinburgh and with global hotel brands, to negotiate room blocks and allocations on your behalf. Whether you're an agency booking on behalf of your client or one of our clients booking direct, we'll gather all the information you need, along with rates and preferential terms and hand back over to you to contract, once you're happy you've got what you need from us.
If you don't need any room blocks and your delegates are booking their accommodation direct, savings of between 12 to 18% on published rates can be made using our booking tool.
Your delegates have access to exclusive discounts on travel along with restaurants, bars, shopping and activities across the city along with discounted travel to and from Edinburgh.

The contemporary Atrium provides a light and spacious welcome point. The Atrium can be used on its own or together with the Strathblane Hall.
