We connect organisations with partners, infrastructure and local insight that make events a success - from bids and accommodation to city partnerships and a transformative delegate experience.
By coordinating access across the city, EICC Gateway helps strengthen bids, simplify planning and support confident delivery.
Services
EICC Gateway provides services for clients, prospective clients, and delegates to support throughout the planning and delivery of events and with your time in the city. Our goal is to enhance the event journey while highlighting valuable opportunities available in Edinburgh.
Accommodation services
Our team will use their network of hotel contacts, both in Edinburgh and with global hotel brands, to negotiate room blocks and allocations on your behalf. Whether you're an agency booking on behalf of your client or one of our clients booking direct, we'll gather all the information you need, along with rates and preferential terms and hand back over to you to contract, once you're happy you've got what you need from us.
If you don't need any room blocks and your delegates are booking their accommodation direct, savings of between 12 to 18% on published rates can be made using our booking tool.
Delegate discounts
Your delegates have access to exclusive discounts on travel along with restaurants, bars, shopping and activities across the city along with discounted travel to and from Edinburgh.

From sourcing accommodation and securing travel discounts to arranging venue visits and experiences, we also create tailored site visits to help you get the most from your trip.
Flexible spaces adaptable to your needs
Atrium
The contemporary Atrium provides a light and spacious welcome point. The Atrium can be used on its own or together with the Strathblane Hall.

The spectacular Pentland Suite is a tiered auditorium for up to 1,200 people. With revolving theatres the suite can sub-divide into three separate auditoria.

Part of the larger Pentland Suite, the Sidlaw Auditorium can be divided out to provide a fully self-contained raked theatre with a capacity of 300.

The 1,185m2 Cromdale Hall is the perfect space for exhibitions, alternatively it can be set for a stunning dinner for up to 850 guests.

The Lomond Suite can be used in full for 600 delegates, theatre-style, or it can sub-divide into 3 sections (Tinto, Moorfoot & Kilsyth) with 200 delegates in each.

The spacious Menteith and Lowther Rooms offer break-out spaces for 115 and 136 delegates, whilst the Organiser’s Room provides a hub for the client team.
