At the EICC, we bring people together and create an environment that inspires ideas that change the world. We are looking for a Corporate Sales Specialist to help drive that vision and turn opportunity into business.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, thinking commercially and working at pace. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, shaping their experience from initial enquiry through to a confirmed event.

What you’ll be doing

You will take ownership of incoming enquiries, engaging clients quickly and confidently to understand their needs and create tailored proposals that stand out. Alongside this, you will actively seek new opportunities, build relationships across markets and represent the EICC at key industry events.

Managing your pipeline will be central to your success. You will balance multiple enquiries, follow up consistently and work closely with colleagues across the team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.

What we’re looking for

You are commercially aware and motivated by results, but equally focused on delivering a high-quality client experience. You are organised, adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities without losing attention to detail.

You will bring experience in sales, strong communication and relationship-building skills, confidence in presenting ideas and influencing decisions, the ability to manage several opportunities at once, and a proactive, team-focused approach.
