Please take every precaution against damage to the equipment, building, furniture or fittings when transporting equipment around the building. 

Flight Cases

Each room has a flight case associated with it containing the basic equipment required for the space, in addition to any equipment already installed in the room. 

Any further equipment required without a flight case should be securely stacked on trolleys for transportation.

Transportation of Equipment

Where necessary, ask for assistance in regards to the transportation of equipment to avoid damage.

Please use door wedges or electronic door holders to allow Production Companies / Equipment through. Under no circumstances should fire extinguishers be used to wedge open doors. Doors should only be wedged open during the period of time in which the equipment is being transported. A wedged door should never left by unattended.

Please transport all equipment in the case, bag or box intended for it to help avoid accidental damage.

If equipment is accidently damaged please let the Technical Planner know so that it can be identified and repaired.
