Our Conference and Events Team play a vital role in supporting the EICC’s vision in both front and back-of-house functions. They work collaboratively with the wider Operations Team to ensure every delegate and client experience is world-class.
The role is diverse and hands-on. Team members may act as hosts during conferences and events, assisting with cloakroom duties or delegate registration. They might also support event logistics and handle ad-hoc tasks, such as setting up rooms, clearing spaces, placing signage, and responding to event needs as they arise.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a people person, friendly, a great team player, enjoy high-pressure moments, and have a keen eye for detail.
This role offers varying hours and requires flexibility, as shifts may include different times of the day, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
