Ross Tuffee

Chair - Digital Technologies Skills Group (DTSG)

Tech entrepreneur Ross Tuffee is the new Chair of the Digital Technologies Skills Group (DTSG), the technology and public sector partnership which supports Skills Development’s Scotland (SDS) digital skills activity. The former Ernst & Young consultant established Dogfish, a mobile software company, more than 10 years ago and grew the business to more than 40 employees before selling in 2018. Since then he has been mentoring in schools and universities, and consulting on inclusive and sustainable business growth for a range of tech SMEs and non-profit organisations.

Recruitment Business Partner - Adarma Security

Radi works as a Recruitment Business Partner for Adarma Security where she is overlooking their graduate recruitment at the moment. Having been part of several student societies during her time at university, she’s always been passionate about working with schools and showing kids how exciting the future can be. Now being part of the Cyber Security sector, it’s ever more important to collaborate with schools as there is so much potential for different exciting careers for youngsters.

Digital Technologies Sector Skills Manager - Skills Development Scotland

Claire Gillespie is sector manager for digital technologies at Skills Development Scotland. She has worked with SDS for more than 15 years with responsibility for making sure Scotland’s tech sector has access to the talent and skills needed to flourish on the global stage.
