At the EICC, our vision is: to create an environment which inspires ideas that change the world.
If you're professional, passionate, spirited and share our vision to create world changing events in Scotland, then we want to hear from you!
We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Production Planner to join our lively team; a dynamic, creative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As a team member you’ll be entitled to excellent benefits including: a competitive salary, a company matched contributory personal pension scheme up to 11.5%, 35 holidays per year, permanent health insurance and cycle to work scheme.
You will be working on a combination of events in the venue and also in the online environment guiding your clients from the initial planning stage, right through to the event delivery. You are ideally someone who has a depth of technical knowledge, attention to detail and focus, who also enjoys working collaboratively with clients, partners and colleagues, to bring events to life.
As the successful candidate, you will need to demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage strong client relationships and have the ability to work autonomously, multi-tasking on several projects at the same time.
Previous experience in project managing and delivering technical events (in a venue and in the online environment) and the availability to work flexible hours are key requirements for this role.
If you feel that the above sounds like you and you can see yourself working alongside us in our globally recognised conference and events venue, then please submit your CV, along with a covering letter supporting your application and addressing the Key Selection Criteria as outlined in the Job Description to: [email protected].
