We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Operations Manager to help lead our Technical Production Team, ensuring we continue to exceed in delivering our clients’ technical requirements in a variety of onsite and online conferences, dinners and awards ceremonies.
The successful candidate will have a strong AV production background, will be competent and literate across the broad range of modern AV systems, and will have previous experience in leading a busy and productive technical team. The candidate will be the technical expert overseeing the work of the Technical Planners to ensure consistent technical delivery and will be a strong proactive team player. This is a very hands-on role, and you will be required to step in and resolve any challenges that may arise. The availability to work flexible hours in order to meet the needs of the business and our clients is essential.
Additionally, to the client facing element of the role, you will be expected to maintain technical production procedures and manage the ongoing maintenance and repair process to meet legislative requirements.
