  • John Cleese - So, Anyway...

Cleese, best known for his idiosyncratic turns in Monty Python and Fawlty Towers, will take us on a journey through his life: from his first public appearance (aged eight and five-sixths) to his first encounter with his writing partner for over two decades, Graham Chapman, and on to the dizzying heights of Monty Python.

Candid, and brilliantly funny, his new memoir, So, Anyway, is the story of how a tall, shy youth from Weston-Super-Mare went on to become a self-confessed legend.

Exploring Cleese's thoughts on topics as diverse as the nature of comedy, the relative merits of cricket and waterskiiing, and the importance of knowing the dates of all the kings and queens of England, this is a masterly performance by a master performer.
