We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Business Development & Sales Researcher
Are you a self-motivated and well-presented team player with excellent communication skills and initiative?  The Sales Team at the EICC requires a Business Development and Sales Researcher to open sales opportunities for the Association Team.  Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Identifying potential conferences and the key specialists who may be able to influence those conferences taking place at EICC.
  • Assisting the Association team with administration.
  • Planning client familiarisation (fam) trips and attending networking and fam trips where appropriate. 

Experience in a conference or academic environment would be beneficial. You must have good analytical, oral and written skills and the ability to think creatively and understand the EICC's important role within the city.

Sales & Marketing Executive
Are you an excellent communicator, who is attentive, client focused, cheerful and diligent with good attention to detail and a thorough approach to their work?  The EICC's Sales and Marketing Team require an Executive to take responsibility for providing administrative support.  The Sales and Marketing Executive role has a specific focus on the corporate sector and will primarily involve assisting the Corporate Sales Team.

Experience in a conference or hospitality environment would be beneficial. You must have good administration, oral and written skills & the ability to work as part of the team.

Self Employed Technicians 
Are you flexible, innovative, a team player with excellent communication skills and initiative? You could be part of the Technical Production Team at the EICC, responsible for implementing and operating events to meet and exceed client requirements.

A minimum of three years experience in a conference or related environment would be beneficial. A variety of technical skills are required including lighting, sound, rigging and video and data projection. You must also have the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
